Age Verification (21+)

The sale of cannabis Seeds in the Czech Republic is subject to strict age restrictions in accordance with the Cannabis Regulation Act (effective from 01.01.2026).

Strict Age Rules

According to the Czech Cannabis Regulation Act, the sale of cannabis Seeds is only permitted to persons who have reached the age of 21 years. This rule is stricter than in many other EU countries, where the age limit is 18 years.

How do we verify age?

House of Seeds uses a multi-level age verification process to ensure full compliance with the legislation:

1. Website entry: Upon first entering house-of-seeds.cz, every visitor must confirm that they are over 21 years old.
2. During the ordering process: Before completing the purchase, the buyer must provide their date of birth and confirm their legal age (21+).
3. Verification upon delivery: All shipments are sent with the additional service "Recipient Age Verification." The carrier will check your ID (identity card, passport, driver’s license) when handing over the package.

Consequences of failing the age requirement

If it is proven at delivery that the recipient is not over 21 years old, the package will not be handed over and will be returned to the sender. The costs associated with failed delivery in such cases are borne by the buyer.
