Our goal is your satisfaction. Below you will find detailed information on how to proceed with contract withdrawal or making a complaint in accordance with the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.).

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. The deadline is met if you send us the withdrawal notice within this period.

Return procedure:

  1. Inform us of your decision by email at info@house-of-seeds.de. You can use the sample form.
  2. Send the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal, to the address: Machtlfinger Str. 21, 81379 München.
  3. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.

Important notice: For cannabis seeds, the right of withdrawal expires if the hermetic or original manufacturer’s packaging is broken (for hygiene reasons and product protection, § 1837 letter g of the Civil Code).

2. Complaints (24-month warranty)

We guarantee that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. All consumer goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. If a defect occurs during this period, you have the right to make a complaint.

How to make a complaint:

  • Contact us by email at info@house-of-seeds.de with a description of the defect and your order number. If possible, please attach photos.
  • We will process your complaint within 30 days at the latest (for consumers).

3. Damage during transport

Although we pack shipments carefully, damage can occur during transport. We recommend checking the condition of the packaging immediately upon receipt. If it is visibly damaged, do not accept the shipment and make a damage report with the courier.

4. Refunds (Money back)

When withdrawing from the contract, we will refund all payments received including the costs of the cheapest delivery method we offer. We will refund the money using the same method by which we received it, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or confirmation of their dispatch).
